Ambassadors' Report

As a GHI Ambassador for China, my goals are to lay solid scientific foundations for the establishment of food safety standards and laws in China and to educate and train thousands of legislators, food ingredient and equipment suppliers, food technologists and engineers in governments, societies and companies with knowledge and technology on food safety.

Dr. Xianming Shi, GHI Ambassador for China, was elected as Fellow of International Academy of Food Science and Technology (IAFoST) at the 18th World Congress of Food Science and Technology in Dublin, Ireland.
